Then he returned to Nishapur, where the Vizier Nizam al-Malik built the regular school in it, and the most distinguished scholars attended his lessons.

The title of the text was “Al-Warraqat” from what its author said at the beginning: “These are a few papers that contain knowledge of chapters from the principles of jurisprudence.” Al-Juwayni spoke in the papers about fifteen chapters of the principles of jurisprudence, which are:
