SO CLOSE to being great. The accuracy of the quality of sleep seems to be there (when comparing nightly to my Whoop strap), but the dealbreaker: The AI to determine automatic sleep and wake times is faulty. Every night it counts two or three separate sleep sessions instead of one solid night of sleep, and there is now way to merge or edit the information (think back to the Jawbone 'UP' days, where you could). Once they add that, probably 5 stars.

Hello, can you contact support@mobvoi.com and provide screenshots of related questions?

Why this doesn't come automatically installed on a watch that is advertised as tracking sleep is beyond me, but you have to download it separately. After signing up for everything and turning on all the switches and settings, it STILL doesn't work. Neither my Google Fit app, nor my Mobvoi app are showing any sleep data. So far I'm not impressed.

Sorry, we will evolve the built-in sleep app in the future, so stay tuned.
You downloaded TicSleep on your watch, but there is no sleep data? You can try to wear tighter and try the effect

As of mid-March 2020 the sleep data is syncing to Google Fit, so bumping the rating to 4 stars. The one thing that is still annoying is that it can't seem to differentiate between movie watching and sleeping, although it indicates the sleep quality during movie watching is extremely poor :) Can't quite pinpoint when this started, but lately (as of March 2021) if I don't start it manually before going to bed the chances of it automatically recognizing and recording sleep seem to be below 20%.
