This is the best therapeutic app I have ever used. The variety of logs to use and it's availability to the therapist is a great way to both extend the session and save time in the face-to-face meeting. I love that I can tell my therapist what I'm feeling. In detail every day and have her be able to see that so we can talk about it, without having to do a lengthy recap at the begining.

I just started using the app but I really like it. I'm using it with my therapist to treat my OCD. She assigns different exposures and I can plan and log them in the app. It's cool that she can see them real time so I don't have to email her or keep track of word documents. Also your therapist can request you to track other stuff like mood and sleep. It's nice it's all in one location, and again, no emailing multiple files. Also nice bc I don't have to remember everything that happened that week

This is the best app for journaling! Has EVERYTHING U CAN THINK OF n I have tried plenty. I love to journal it just norm takes so much time don't feel like writing, well this one gives u list of feelings thoughts emotions. Guided prompts, checklist, emotions, feelings, asks what u was doing at the time n what u could have done or thought dif. Helps u look at things in a dif perspective Has medication, meditation, ect reminder. It is LITERALLY THE COMPLETE PACKAGE! You guys did an amazing job.
