The sign up process gets stuck with a bug! One can't verify the OTP sent Keeps giving error in "Verify OTP"!!

Was going alright but as at yesterday it acted funny, made a payment and it dis not reflect neither did I get my token set to my mail, and now I am in utter confusion. Is it part of the update version that I do not get a token anymore to input?
