Sine Qua Non: sport to boost women's empowerment and mobilise everyone AGAINST sexist and sexual violence.

Sport is a source of resilience, a booster, a factor of pride, an activator of encounters, there is in our sporting experiences, the constancy of a positive contribution in our lives. This is what we want to share and put at the service of a collective challenge: that of real equality between women and men.

The Sine Qua Non app offers :
- audio-guided running and walking routes,
- download the route of your choice in advance,
- video-assisted physical exercises to allow women to reclaim public space and practice their physical activity in complete peace of mind.
