It is not a user friendly application. The program flow has to be reviewed back by the developer. Also, it failed to send me an OTP and I did not manage to create the necessary user account.

install this application to register for outpatient care, but there are lots of requests for data access on cellphones. Looks like I just want to uninstall it again

Aplikasi is simple but i booked my last appointment and was given a time, which was between 17.45 to 18.00, I reached by 17.00 waited and was told that i missed the antri so need to wait for 5 more patients. While I came on time My wife was suffering from severe pain. The nurse had no reason as to why I have to wait when i was very much on time. Application has to be for benefit of patient not for pain.
