MIKU

Was an amazing monitor, came with features that have now been stripped and put behind a paywall. I didn't pay $400 for a premium device to then have to pay a subscription to use it. After almost 2 years, now the new owners want to charge an extra $10 a month features advertised. What a ripoff, how is that not illegal??? There were better subscription based models out there, I chose this one because I would t have to do this. Go with the cheaper option and get your money's worth.

Our miku had connectivity issues from start. It takes too long to connect to the device. sometimes I have to close the app and open it again multiple times to get a connection. And once they started requiring membership to use the features like monitoring breathing, I signed up for the basic membership for $10 a month but the features only worked for a day and then stopped working after that. So disappointing especially since it is a 500$ camera.

Was decent. I paid $400 for all the extra features, then out of nowhere, they lock all the features up behind a paywall, and support does not respond if you reach out about it. I feel a bit cheated cause now it isn't worth it. I bought it and paid more purely because i didn't have to get a subscription. If they fix this ill edit this review
