Enoteca Buonivini

A few steps from the center of Palermo, there is the Enoteca BuoniVini, a food and wine space dedicated to the culture of quality food and wine. Through careful selection and a large number of labels, Enoteca BuoniVini wants to spread a conscious and evolved approach to the world of wine while respecting and protecting local winemaking identities. The main purpose thus becomes to discover, enhance and promote regional products of excellence and not giving due importance to the pleasure linked to food, learning to enjoy the diversity of recipes and flavors and to recognize the variety of production places. In this sense, Enoteca BuoniVini represents at the same time an important meeting point between flavors, traditions, innovation and conviviality. The BuoniVini wine shop was born in December 2011 first as a wine shop only and later as a meeting point for aperitifs and then concluding the journey with the opening of the restaurant in 2015. Inside the Enoteca you will find on the shelves divided by region a wide selection of wines both white and red, rosé and sparkling wines. Ample space is given to champagne and spirits in particular to Gin. The food and wine offer is quite wide and varies according to the seasons. As for the wine, of course, you can choose and open any bottle inside the restaurant or drink international cocktails. As for the menu, the strong point are the meats cooked in the Josper oven, a Spanish oven powered by vegetable carbon. The restaurant also has a large internal garden, which is not visible from the outside and is very beautiful in summer but also in winter as it is covered and heated. Lastly, we must not forget the various collateral activities at the Enoteca which include tasting courses to bring even the less experienced to the world of wine or periodically organized visits to the main Sicilian wineries.
