If the operator of your laundry room, e.g. your landlord, has decided to use appWash, he will inform you. Then simply download the app, register and start.

You can contact us at info@appwash.com or simply visit your nearest Miele partner. You can tell the app is probably coded in-house. It only works, because the customers dont have to choose to use it, but are forced to. This app does the absolute minimum to make paying work. Improvements are everywhere: - Machines that are done with their programm, but not emptied should not be "ready to use" - I dont wanna know, how long the machine has been washing for, but how long it will take! - it should not be possible to double-book machines... Get your development basics together!

Extrem long response time until the system starts the machine (if it does). In general the app is slow and buggy, the chat function couldn't be much worse implemented, which is a problem as you need it quite often because the machines aren't working. A company like Miele should not launch such a system in this prototype state as every error causes real trouble for the user... the old system was good, so why replace it with something that doesn't work? Used it 6 so far, just bad experiences.

I had to use this app at the laundry in my hotel. You must topup €20 minimum even if you only use for one time. And you never know if the machine works properly before completing payment. I set to start the dryer on this app with paying the fee, then the dryer suddenly stopped after 1 mins and changed the status to 'finished'. I sent a message but never got a reply. There's no way to refund. What a trash, totally fraud. AVOID and look for a normal laundromat.

Hello, there is 20€ to be charged due to transaction costs. The remaining amount that is left at the end can also be paid out again. In the event of a network interruption may occur.
