App offers lots of nice info about the headset, good EQ options, and detailed real time settings of your headset such as volume level, battery, and noise cancelling level. Only gripe I have with that app is that on the Android 11 beta the app will not respond to the touch screen while the headset is connected and playing music, the only way to get touch back is by disconnecting the headset and rebooting the phone. After reconnecting and playing music the app loses touch again.

Garbage. Really doesn't work well with a brand new pair of Surface Earbuds. It connected, but several issues. Battery display of Earbuds doesn't match what the system says. Lots of skipping, and dropping out, resetting the Buds doesn't actually do anything, etc. I loved the Earbuds because they are really comfortable but the software is terrible. It's possible I got a bad pair, but man it's so frustrating with them being new and not working hardly at all.

New Surface headphones 2. I tilt my head a certain way (workout) and the audio pauses by itself. Some sort of gimmick. Also the touch area is too sensitive for my liking. The playback stops when it touches my shoulder or the side of my gaming chair. The multi device support has gotten better. I pause the audio on one device, then start playing on the other and the headphones catch up in about 2 seconds
