Microsoft Edge Canary

I've been swapping between different Android browsers for years & I keep coming back to Edge as it's just the most stable, fastest and most functional browser currently available. I only recently changed to the Canary release & it's still better than any other browser in the Play Store IMHO. There are some small issues but that's to be expected with any Canary version & is exactly what feedback to the developers is for.

Been using this daily over last couple of months (would happily give 4 or 5 stars at that point) but in the last couple of weeks it's been crashing on startup or shortly afterwards. No amount of force stopping, cache or data clearing or reinstalling fixes it. There's been a couple of updates since but still no joy. Look forward to it being fixed.

30/03/24: latest Canary edge crashes after certain (short) time. One small suggestion: either change the 'mosr visited sites' module into a 'favorite sites' module , or add a 'favorite sites' function on the opening page above the feeds. I have a set of about 8 sites i visit every morning and going through 'favorites' at the bottom takes more steps. Thanks and keep up the excellent work! A longtime Microsoftie 😁
