About this app

MICROLISE DRIVER PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT APP

The Driver Performance Management (DPM) mobile application from Microlise is designed to empower drivers to improve their driving performance, by providing them with detailed analysis, any time, anywhere.

DPM gives drivers a detailed view of their performance against a number of criteria, and provides advice and tips to achieve improvements. The app also gives drivers a view of their performance compared to others in their teams.

Team leaders can use the app more extensively, viewing a driver league table showing all drivers in the team sorted in order of performance. Additional information is also available that shows the level of engagement with the DPM from each of the driver in the team.

DPM allows drivers to manage their own performance and make necessary adjustments to their driving style in order to improveā€¦ It could even help you to win next yearā€™s Microlise Driver of the Year Award!

Please note that the Driver Performance Management application will only be of any use to you, if you work for / on behalf of a company that uses the Microlise Transport Management Solutions.

If you do not work for a company using Microlise software, you will not be able to logon or access any driver performance data.

Started using this app about two month ago and worked fine. About two weeks ago, it froze and hasn't worked properly since. Have reinstalled many times since. Still no better, the refresh doesn't work, I trunk so when I get to my destination I check how I have done, but it won't update at the end of my shift. Find the app very limited. You go to settings, and all you can do is log out. What good is that. H

Hi, we apologise for the frustration with our refresh feature, we have a new update due out over the next week which will address this issue and instead offer a simpler refresh button. Please look out for the update!

The app looks good, however it's tempremental. Sometimes it will not open, most of the time when it does open it either freezes before the main page or freezes on the main & you are unable to use any button or even move to page 2 to see how you are doing on individual areas (something I have never been able to do). The app will not close using the buttons & will crash whilst attempting this. If & when it works properly it will be a great help for drivers. Until then it's not any good.

The app when originally downloaded worked fine. But for the last week, it has not been working as it should. Initially it says I do not have an active connection. Then when I do finally get to log the screens show no data at all. You can choose the current day week etc and last day week etc but no data is shown. I have uninstall the app and reinstalled it and the same keeps happening. So yes was great initially but since last week it's really not worth downloading. Maybe you can fix the bugs?

What's new

We have listened to your feedback and have made some changes around the refresh functionality. Use the new refresh button at the top of the screen to refresh your driving data.

New enhancements have also been made to the Driver Status tab with the addition of new filter options.
