Checking and changing the climate in your RV has never been easier.This application works with the EasyTouch RV thermostat line of products that replace existing thermostats. A wide range of applications are available including Dometic™, Coleman™ and others. EasyTouch features a new color touch screen, fully select-able modes, scheduling and away features and remote access.
Local access is always possible using Bluetooth whenever you are out of range of a WiFi connection. Remote access is available with an active internet connection such as hot spots, onboard routers, RV park connections or even satellite links. Well it used to be acceptable. The newest version completely messed up the settings for each thermostat. The labels don't match the behavior. I had some notifications set up, but can't get to that screen at all - so whatever was set before is stuck.

Hi, we apologize for any issue you might be having! There is a bug in the recent release that will be corrected shortly. The fix has been sent to Google and is awaiting approval for release.

EasyTouch RV thermostat is the best, and this app works very well to control it from anywhere over the internet. If there ever is a bug or problem, it is resolved quickly. This is a small US company, so this product is not cheap Chinese designed junk. If you ever need support, you will be talking to the actual engineers and software developers. Amazing!

EasyTouch RV thermostat won't connect via Bluetooth or WiFi now. Was working fine until 04/04/24 when I started getting "lost connection" error message & "move closer"... Can't get any closer than right up to the EasyTouch RV thermostat! I have removed the device and added it (after about 20 attempts), finally connected, then immediately lost connection again. When working, the EasyTouch RV thermostat and app are the best... But not much use if it won't stay connected with the app.

Not sure why this is happening but our customer support team can help. If you haven’t already contacted them, you may do so at https://www.micro-air.com/contact_microair.htm. There are a lot of questions to ask when troubleshooting and this reviews forum does not permit that kind of interaction.
