After 3 times password attempt then your account is locked. It shows me my account if not valid and exist even my account is still active because it is my corporate insurance. Unable to "forget password" and " unlock my account", what for you all putting that two function in the app? Worst app creator. At the end still need trouble ourselves all the way to call their customer support centre which is super troubling. If there's is choice, i definitely won't subscribe their insurance.

The interface is soo 90s. Very high school level. Highly recommended to hire someone to revamp the while GUI It is so difficult to attach multiple files from multiple folders. After attaching, you won't even know what files have been attached, whether you have attached the right file, etc. The one created this app deserve to be replaced or reassigned.

Unable to upload referral letter or any documents in Android phone. Keep getting error message to enable Storage Access Permissions. I have done this already AND enabled Permissions for Photos but still unable to upload any document. I've checked with Android - this is an app issue related to the API, not a phone issue. Appreciate if you could update to the latest API to provide better customer service. Thank you.
