🏫 Education
Many Tinnitus sufferers can regain control over their condition by understanding more about it. MindEar will teach you more about Tinnitus which, in turn, can help you better deal with the symptoms.

💪 Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy helps sufferers focus on the positive in their lives and negate the negativity that Tinnitus brings. MindEar has many CBT activities that are designed to help you understand the connection between your thoughts and feelings.

🦋 Sound Therapy
Sound can distract your from your ear ringing or, through the process of habituation, help your brain to adapt to it and, eventually, ignore it. MindEar uses the experience of Sound Therapy soundscapes to transport you to a different place, exploring the calming sounds of nature.

🛏️ Sleep Therapy
Many Tinnitus sufferers report sleep deprivation which, in turn, can make Tinnitus worse. MindEar can give you sleep relief through guided Sleep Therapy sessions.

🏆 Rewarding Progression
MindEar uses points to track your progress and reward you for using the app frequently. Finding Tinnitus Relief will be fun with MindEar!

Mindfulness has been found to help reduce stress and anxiety, while teaching those who practice it to be kind to themselves, taking each moment as it comes and for what it is. The sounds are great, and I can use them in the night to help mitigate the tinnitus. I wish I didn't have to re-log in each time, that can mean I go to another app that is quicker to access.

Had high hopes for this but the app is very buggy. Every time I tried to play a podcast, it failed to load and got stuck. I could read the transcript but this wouldn't allow you to move on to other exercises so progress was impossible. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but no improvements. Tried to get technical support, but the chatbot on the help page doesn't work either. Would be a great idea if they get it working properly. For now I've cancelled my subscription.

Super frustrating. I did the whole tinnitus history, but it's not showing as completed and wants me to do it all over again. You MUST follow the script. Can't input individual thoughts. Wants to 'teach' me stuff I already know like breathing and mindfulness and I can't skip them. The podcasts are far too slow but no way of speeding them up. And that's just in the first 15 mins of use!
