You need to provide customer service training to your employees. I had a bad experience with Pesa X workers; they randomly call you with bulk SMS from different numbers, which is very inconvenient. Additionally, the repayment period for loans is too short. For example, I have reached a loan amount of 980,000 TZS, but I only have 28 days to repay it back with high interest. I don't recommend this app to anyone unless they modify it and provide a longer repayment period for loans.

Actually the app is good but on my side I can say...they have poor worker's and if am not mistaken they not communicate well with the system..well for example if you have already pay in the app..but still you will get messenge from different numbers...either in whatsap or any social media full time messages with strong words...,and finally there some reason that makes someone's to delay the repay the amount need...plz try to make it wise and reasonable to each side either to the system.

Nice app with modern registration features, but interest rate and service fee very high! Infact it is as if applying for a loan and they give you half amount. The other half they take. This is not fair. You are propagating poverty instead of reducing poverty.
