I've been using this app for a number of years through a couple upgrades and it's worked perfectly on my TracFone. Now all of a sudden it won't load. I get a message that says "Unfortunately Metro has stopped working " and asks that I report it which I have done. It's been a week now and it's still not working. I really like the app and would like the issue fixed.

Been a customer/owner since 1997. I've had 2 mortgages, a HELOC, and had 3 or 4 car loans with them. The rates and service was outstanding. The staff is ALWAYS friendly, polite, and helpful. Since I live in another city the remote deposit feature is fantastic. I will never leave Metro Federal Credit Union...they are THE best place to bank.

Just did the most recent update and the app has been messing up since. Remote deposits say failed, but when I re-take pictures of the check, it says "duplicate submission not allowed ". When I check the account the deposit actually posted. Also, I tried transferring $ from one account to another and it would not go through. App freezing up on a white screen after I enter my password and is having problems getting to my main screen that lists accounts and balances. App worked yesterday.
