This new app is terrible. Can't setup finger print sign-in without the app crashing. The toggle, to save username for example, you can't tell if it's on or off because there is no color to it. New app seems like a lite version of the old app. Edit: Thank you for the reply. I should have known to clear data and cache. Fingerprint works now.

The previous app wasn't broken, and they decided to fix it. I'm not especially fond of the color scheme or general user interface. On the previous app, I was able to see pending deposits a day or two in advance. This feature seems to have been removed. This app is functional but not pleasant. Edit: It turns out that the inability to see pending deposits was not the fault of Meritrust. All other comments still stand.

I honestly can't believe how bad this app is compared to the old one. Most of the time it won't even load or open. I've had to uninstall/reinstall multiple times to make it work again. Even when it does finally open it doesn't load half the time. It doesn't show transactions in my accounts that have happened, even though the balances reflect it. This app is one step above being completely worthless. I didn't think an app could make me want to change banks, but here we are.
