If you don't have a device that supports biometric tech (fingerprint/facial recognition) then it's a step back in time to manually entering email + password (if you can remember it) to open this app. The new 'improved' Livin app doesn't seem to have a Google Pay API so you have to manually enter every single detail of VISA card to pay rent, unlike when the old Livin app redirected to Chrome. Disappointing and already uninstalled.

Would have given 0 stars if could. Why tell people to use the app to check and manage repairs when it comes up with error and has done this for months 🤬🤬🤬🤬 and yes, I have reported it loads 😤🤯

Unable to log in,just a black screen..When it manages to log in,everything is unavailable..Can't view rent account or upcoming repairs..
