It is impossible to create an account. The phone app will not play nice with verifications either through email or text. You will constantly have to verify thru email to see your bookings. This app is a pain in the.... I've always used all the major airline apps for convenience and efficiency, but this one does neither.

This app is useless. I tried for hours to add my flight that I booked before I installed the app. My phone number is on my booking, I kept getting the prompt to enter the code sent to my phone, which I never received 🙃. I really want to manage my flight, but I can't add it on the website nor the app. 1 month later after finally being able to add my trips. I cannot add my passport info or any other info needed to fill out form. It's NOT BEING SAVED. CAN'T CONTACT PORTUGAL # provided.

This app is a disgrace. It works intermittently at best. You cannot rely on it for mobile boarding pass or flight status. Yesterday it stopped working completely after I was past security at Florence airport. I had no boarding pass. Also kept saying the flight was on time when in fact we were 2 hours late departing. All other tracking apps had the correct info but not the airlines own app. Poor TAP....continue to fail in so many ways

- Multifactor authentication, for greater bookings security;
- Optimization of the airports selection area;
- New in-app tutorial explaining the next flight area;
- Possibility of account deletion in the profile area.
