Very slow app to load, has a persistent error that the side brush is blocked (while it's not), and the latest and greatest idea was to ask if I like the app ON STARTUP and not allow me to cancel (the link was there but didn't do anything). Then, when I clicked 'yes' to go to the app store and remove the annoying popup that came up every time I opened the app, my vacuum robot was removed from the devices list. So now I'm looking for it on my hands and knees, because I can't locate it.

Dear Aart, thanks for your feedback. Can you please write us an email to: msdc-app@medion.com and maybe sum up how of the this "do you like the app". In addition to that please attach a picture of the side brush - could you detach the side brush to check if there is any hair between the rotation motor and the brush?

App works fine, and is generally quite easy to understand. but the Dutch version has still has a couple of translation errors. update: had to keep it short due to word limits. All examples are within the menu to plan the cleaning. The button to name a task is called benoeming. It could be naam. typing a name the okay/approve button is labeled incorrect (te klaar). When adjusting the dates of cleaning this is also incorrect (solliciteer). Aangepaste should be aangepast. Op dit moment is redundant

Decent app, does exactly what it needs to do. There are 2 things that don't work as they should though: 1. I can't seem to remove error messages like "side brush blocked". 2. The link to Google assistant doesn't work. I go to a page that says "we can't find what you are looking for".
