Hey your website is down and the app has an error to... So I can't create an account. Please fix it and if stuff like this happens maybe put a marker up in the app or in the playstore saying service is temporary not available for XXX time And now I get a reply saying that the support of the app is gonne be discontinued and where do I get it not in the app in the fing appstore thanks for the notification tho

Sign up via the App is not working: "Could not create account, please contact support". After signing up through the Medion website, sign in is not working: "The credentials you entered did not work. Please check your internet connection and your input, then try again". Resetting the password als didn't work. It says i will receive a mail, but i never did. Also all calls (sign in, sign up, forget password) take particular long -- seem to time out.

when using the google home command switch on it only sets the air to auto mode and does not turn the device on. Update: Thank you for your update and improvement. It is much appreciated
