The security features is so irritating. I can't access my account because of 3 times attempt, but i haven't set up my password yet (which is stupid in my opinion). The otp expires 30 seconds, which is fair if the send the verification code faster, but that is not the case. This is a laughing matter to me because the security features is so high, i think banking apps can't even compare.

the app directs you to a browser for talk2doc which may or may not be a good thing. it would be nice to have a digital card, but thats more of a suggestion than an actual criticism. it's best features are you can view all details at a glance and that you can request on behalf of your dependents. the list of accredited doctors are outdated, however, and the pop up notifications on startup are annoying and unnecessary.

After update its not working anymore. When I book an appointment it shows that i need to download virtual id, but my virtual id is not yet available. Then on the home screen it show "null" member code and click anything anymore. Its doing it eventhough i have log out again
