Some exercises not suitable for those beyond a certain weight/form. Lifting both legs from a prone position when you aren't used to doing so can be very uncomfortable at best, painful at worst. Needs to provide alternate methods of exercise rather than a strict do-it-or-don't for it to be worth taking seriously.

The coach called counts way too slow on several exercises. Pace is too slow for me to keep. If that was intentional, the app ain't for out of shape folks.

Well, I went to set my workout time, and it set it wrong and now I can't open the app. I find something better.
