Some nice features, like cloth diaper cycles. Other than that, not great. Glitchy interface. Specialty cycles can't be scrolled through in the same way as normal cycles. connectivity isn't stable and machine status doesn't update well. On top of that, there is no "soak" cycle, which should be addable in software. Displeased, overall.

Just started using your app for washer & dryer. So far works great for normal use. Also setup was not very intuititive. Having to use arrows, checks etc & then finally figuring it out that a swipe advances to next option during initial WiFi/BT connection. It would be nice for the app to display cycles (fill, wash, drain/spin etc). But the main problem I see is the remote control - if someone touches the control panel, the remote control turns off & must be manually reset on the machine.

My only complaint is when it suddenly stops sending the cycle signals to my phone. That happens from time to time and causes me to fall behind on my laundry chores for the day. So completely relying on the app can be frustrating, but when it is working properly it saves me extra trips down to my lower level to check load times and to restart the dryer when I know it needs a little more time.
