The machines only accept coins, so I try to pay through the app and its not processing the payment. Also, I got a ticket and its not appearing in the app. Worst app and parking experince you can face. At least allow paying with cards in the street machines (machines only accept coins not even cash lool)

Very bad app. It stopped finding the space for more than 20 mins meanwhile the vehicle clearing agents are keen to hook the vehicles. They are only interested to trouble the vehicle owners and make money.

bad experience if you don't have cash ... now payment method on the app limited only to the app e-wallet , you can't pay directly from your Visa card, minimal loading to e-wallet is 50 SAR , if you have ticket with 2.3 SAR you should charge your wallet with 50 SAR
