Always had problems with this app. Cant change password even when it recognises that you have done training before. Sort it out

Added a chat feature for work. Initially even getting chats up was a farce, had to reset it on a PC browser before would appear. The back button on android just closes the app. There are no full names only the first two letters, meaning anyone who has two letters with another person in the chat is impossible to tell apart. Loads slow. Any messages in the chat box vanish if you back out of the chat and return to it meaning you can't draft messages. Feels half finished.
