About this game

Part of the Monster Math games suite, this fun math game for 1st and 2nd graders focusses on improving addition and subtraction fluency for kids, by helping them learn bridging - an advanced arithmetic technique.

Math doesn't need to mean rote-learning - once they are flexible with numbers, kids of 2nd grade will be able to calculate these facts fast, come up with their own math tricks without needing to use pen and paper! This helps kids who study in 1st and 2nd grade with their math lessons.

Math Bridges useful for younger kids - seeing the numbers as manipulatives and performing addition and subtraction operations by joining and cutting bridges makes it very easy for kids to visualize exactly how number operations work. For older kids, they can move past the manipulatives and focus on understanding the flexibility of numbers and especially the bridging method for addition and subtraction.

The game has 30 different levels to help your child get the necessary flexibility with numbers and mental math facts.

Math Bridges is suited for 1st and 2nd grade math curriculum. Download it for your child now, and see them get better at number flexibility and mental math.
