This is great. Excellent at getting pronunciation down and getting the sounds to root memory. Only improvement is to make the pinyin chart a game as well EDIT 2024: Syllable part: include sound asked for; sometimes you get listening and you forget which was being asked for😆. Consider updated recording; some sections I would rate ⭐⭐ or⭐⭐⭐,background noise, hard initials!

Very nice helpful app. I have the following suggestions: 1) When trying to match sounds with syllabes, sometimes I do a wrong match. It would be helpful if I could click to immediately re hear the wrong sounds and also the right ones so I can train my ear. 2) it would also be nice if the app could repeat more the sounds which I often get wrong and repeat less the sounds that i often get right 3)I'm a computer programmer. If you need help I can volunteer to program for your app on my free time

BRILLIANT! I have only just started learning Mandarin and this is super helpful. I love the option to chose syllables or even whole words! The app is very easy to use and has a nice design. I also find it very useful to have the chart with all possible options including different tones. Wish I had found it earlier! 谢谢 老师!
