I don't even know why I should bother with the app. I can't reload fun cards through the app, the fun card balances never update, I've had random other people's fun cards show up under my account and my extra cards disappear, and it just sits and tries loading for eternity without actually doing anything. This is far worse than just basic functionality. There's literally no reason for me to open the app because none of the features work at all. Don't install until it's fixed.

Very frustrating app. Seems to work for first minute or so, just well enough for me to upload my cards. But even with stable connection, once one is selected or if any changes are made, you get the little pink circle of doom. With such low ratings, obviously they don't seem to care to update the app to make it better. Definitely agree that this is just a brochure app and some competitors do better. Many suggestions to make it better.

This app is pretty terrible to use. Buttons all over the place that either do nothing or require you to tap several times. The day picker is set to several months back. Incorrect billing calculations when checking out. After checkout an incorrect confirmation message (said we booked 4hrs of bowling instead of 1). Have to enter billing address multiple times. Make sure you have everyone's shoe sizes when booking a lane bc if you switch away from the app even for a second you have to start over.
