It used to work well. I was actually getting better call quality in the app than the phone I purchased from magic jack. For the past few days I am not getting any calls through the app. Really disappointing. It's vital for my business that the app works. Phone service should be reliable, not hit or miss. Not sure how long I will remain with magic jack if this continues.

We started using this service not to long ago. It's great. A little finiky sometimes. Just wanted to ask a couple of questions. A) why can't we hear the voicemails through bluetooth? B) when listening to voicemails, is there a way we can rewind or fast forward them or have the ability to control where we can start or stop them like most voicemail calls? C) when we get a notification on our phones, we can see the person's name that left the voicemail, but not when we look at the vmail

Been a customer since 2008 with the home service now have the business service for my business and for $35 a month I get two numbers one an auto assistant the other a direct line with great forwarding features and a soft phone that works great with my Plantronics headset. You can even send sms but no MMS but that is the last thing on my mind. The auto attendant is freaking awesome, the physical phones though limited are great.
