This app is horrible. Based on other reciews,It seems like the problems existed two years ago still happening! I love madewell and shoppong on apps. However, many items wont load on their apps. Sometimes the pictures wont load if you tap on the picture itself then it loads if you tap on the price. In other times the items just wont load at all. This is so frustrurating!

The app is on the right track but needs some updates. After a while the "load more items" function doesn't load the pictures of the items, only the name price and colors. The favorites tab is under "My Account" but it's a horizontal swipe only so it's disorganized. When you open the app it invites you to be an insider, but when you answer the first question the questionnaire disappears completely and you don't get the chance to finish.

This app is pretty terrible, as is the mobile website. It really struggles to load all products and gets increasingly slower and slower. Especially in a long product list, it's frustrating how easy it is to lose your place scrolling through them when you try to look at a product in more detail and go back to the list, for example. In general, I find the app to be slow and glitchy. The mobile website is not much better.
