Streams 30% off the time. Mostly it fails to connect even when I have good signal. It will stop recording randomly in the middle of a game. Can't use features or it gets confused and shuts down. I've sent at least 4 emails and/or forms to them and have gotten no response. I've even included the words 'emergency' and 'refund' as their automatic email response suggested. Everyone here keeps saying they're switching but please indicate where! Ballertv, sportsengine are both horrible too.

Could be better. Few Bugs that need to be worked out. The score display is inconsistent. Sometimes, there are zeros, and other times, just lines. Cannot correct through input. Also, sometimes it doesn't save the game. There are a few more little things. But it appears the creators doesn't care. After this year, I will be changing to another broadcasting platform.

Such a frustrating software. Always require multiple tries to stream. The first time usually only audio comes out, then need to end broadcast & redo. This is all when the signal is good. Such a waste of time. One nice thing is the video is saved & accessible immediately. But it's such a frustrating experience to set up before games.
