Everytime when open app you have to take time to pick a location before you look for coupons, and then it takes forever to update product information. Can't open any coupon at all. I stood in line waited for update for a while but still loading, I gave up and left. I think it is faster just to uninstall it and install the app only when you are interested in ordering at all.

Terrible app even when working. Loading time for each page takes a while. Cant combine coupons on multiple orders, u need to order separately, which can take u to 30mins to 1 hour since the app is broken. Can't find restaurant, menu, location of restaurant even when I'm standing next to it. Many times says transaction failed, takes payment and doesn't give order number. Spoken to my credit card company and macdonalds man times for a refund. By the time u can order your already not hungry anymore

Great when it works, but trash when it doesn't. Guess what? It doesn't work more than it does. Buggy as hell, cannot order all the time, also drains battery. Wasn't that bad a while ago. Edit: Few years later, it's as broken. Either can't place order, or the menu doesn't load. Difference is, every other restaurant or food ordering app is so much better now.
