the a.ö. Hospital St. Vinzenz Betriebs GmbH in Zams employs almost 1,000 people, divided into over 75 different professional groups and is therefore one of the largest employers in the Tyrolean Oberland. Since knowledge in the health service sector is developing rapidly, but existing knowledge also has to be consolidated, the organization is breaking new ground in personnel development. With the "DigiLearnZams" app, a tool was developed that enables ALL employees to learn flexibly and at any time. "DigiLearnZams" supports our "principles of cooperation" and the "management principles" in relation to the holistic care of our patients and the personal development of our employees.
