From the almost paperless office to digital order submission, we always try to follow the latest developments. Therefore, we are also taking a new step with the possibility of innovative, digital training and further education in addition to our existing in-house training. With this app, new and existing employees learn the most important skills that are required for daily work. Important legal changes or new quality standards can also be learned easily and playfully, regardless of time and location.

Digitized education can increase the effectiveness of training. In addition to successfully established training channels, the Fluckinger Academy's mobile app provides training where practice begins. It offers learning content where it is needed. In small bites for in between. Always and everywhere. Short and crisp, flexible and modular. A mix of formats and content conveys relevant knowledge in a playful and easy way.

Microtraining via app is learning on the smartphone and in small steps. The mobile learning concept allows flexibility in terms of time and space and enables a self-directed and individualized learning experience that serves to secure knowledge in the long term. The content is presented in short and compact flash cards and videos that can be accessed anytime and anywhere.

All content is easily accessible, can be updated quickly and scaled for both external and employees. In addition, learning progress can be observed and learning impulses set where they are necessary.

The strategy - this is how learning works today

Fluckinger Akademie uses the microtraining method for digital knowledge transfer. The essence of a wide range of knowledge is compactly prepared and deepened through short and active learning steps. In classic learning, an algorithm is used for this. The questions are to be processed in a random order. If a question is answered incorrectly, it will come again later - until it is answered correctly three times in a row in the learning unit. This creates a sustainable learning effect.

In addition to classic learning, level learning is also offered. In level learning, the system divides the questions into three levels with different levels of difficulty and queries them at random. There is a break between the individual levels to save the content as best as possible. This is necessary in order to achieve brain-friendly and sustainable knowledge acquisition. A final test makes the learning progress visible and shows where there are possible deficits and if necessary a repetition makes sense.

Learning stimuli through quizzes and / or learning duels

At Fluckinger, in-company training should be a pleasure. The playful learning approach is implemented through the possibility of quiz duels. Colleagues, managers or external partners can be challenged to a duel. The following game mode is possible, for example: In three rounds of 3 questions each, it is determined who is the knowledge king.
