Exceptional app. It has every exercise you could want. Moreover, it lists the primary and secondary muscles. The 40 bucks a year is worth it. It also has a lot of good workouts, including upper/lower, push-pull, etc. It tracks your relative strength.

Overall a great app. Stay awake seems to be intermittent, but otherwise pretty solid. Would be great if programs could be worked in with auto increments

It's a really good free app... No adds or anything like that... The only thing I don't like is I wish u could see your progress... But they do have that blocked behind their pay wall... The photos get saved and it keeps telling u wut u previously did... Really good app otherwise and I highly recommend
