This is mobile client of desktop 3D LUT Creator software. With this app you can adjust the look your of photos and videos. Color filters are stored as 3DLUTs and downloaded from 3D LUT Creator server. You can create your own color filters using desktop software and upload them to the server for using in this app.

I just downloaded 15 different video editing apps simply because I wanted to color correct. And by color correction I don't mean apply a predefined filter, I mean just being able to change the white balance, tint, contrast, and brightness. None of them offered this, despite all of them mentioning color correction and color grading in their descriptions. They all got one stars from me. Look no further. This one does what you're looking for. Simple quick and easy. 5 stars. Thanks for not lying

This app honestly used to be my favourite editor on the entire market, but now for some reason after some update, my photos don't load. If I go to edit a photo, it's just a black screen, I can see the Image when I go to the rotate and crop section, but as soon as I try anything else it just reverts back to a blank photo. I'd love to give this app 5 stars again. So any info would be a great help.

this would be a revolutionary app if you enable more choices like other picture and video editing apps, just take a hint from the popular ones about their features and make it your own, it's quite limited as of now. "cloud luts" just doesn't load most of the times, some locations where network is slow makes it very hard to load, why don't you just pre-installed them directly on this app without having to download and please enable 'customized luts' directly from phone memory/storage.
