This app is simple but its not really user friendly as it doesn't tell you what your points mean you could redeem, for instance, what does 250 points mean? And to open the loyalty points card for scanning, you click the "check in" spot in the app, which doesn't seem intuitive to me. Overall its simple to use just not sure of the purpose because nowhere does the app tell you what your points translate to, or how much do I need to save to get a free drink.

I like the redesign. It looks cleaner than the previous design. It would be great if the screen can automatically brighten when accessing the barcode. I really hate that the mobile app asks for access to Bluetooth. I don't understand why it requires the Bluetooth feature.

The design of the app is good but it on occasion errors saying no payment method or not being able to use the selected location. Worst yet when it does error it will take the money but still not put the order through to the selected store, resulting in either we having to place the order again and the app taking more money or going to the store to explain the situation. This needs to be fixed!
