U can't go wrong with this app. The key word here is CONSISTENCY. Don't waste money at the gym.... Just keep using this and u see results even from the first day. U rather spend little paying for the pro version of the software (not tried it yet but I think I might have to, I don't mind the ads though!) Tip: Try doing the 30day challenge in 15days. 1day routine in the morning, and next day routine at night. By this u do two days routine in just 1 day (morni g and night).
