You buy the young asset (livestock or plant-based) from the farmer, through Livestock Wealth. The asset grows in the farmers care. The farmer buys back the asset once it has fully grown at harvest. You, the investor, make a profit from the sale. Our new Farmland Investment taps into another proven wealth asset, land. Our Crowdfarming™ platform enables multiple investors the ability to invest in and co-own farmland. The whole farm is then leased out to a vetted farmer and the Investors earn ongoing annual rental income plus a high return on future sale of the land.
