Disappointed. Every time I earned a bunch of tickets by watching ADs, by the time I reached around 40, I would lose most of them. I went to customer service but was only reminded that tickets ran out of time to use, which I knew, but I got them within the same sitting. I messaged back, stating I'm aware, but this is not the case, and I received no reply. I have had this issue 3 times now and only had the app for about a week. Delete!!

I paid $19.99 on a subscription with them. Some of the coins and vouchers with that subscription come with completing timed reading goals but the times reading isn't recorded accurately. After reading for 3 hrs one day and 2 hrs the next, it only recorded 10 mins and 5 minstrashing any unclaimed rewards after each day! Pisses me off! There isn't even any way to contact them to rectify the problem! I feel totally ripped off, not worth the headache!! I'm going to report them for theft!

Love the stories; but they can be expensive. Also I haven't been able to open the app since I had to update it last...& that sucks because I had just purchased a pack so I could enjoy one of the stories that has me hooked. Please fix whatever bugs that's keeping the app from opening!
