The app is clunky at best but also extremely intrusive. Great combination. Unfortunately it's not integrated with the systems at the store so after placing the order and driving 30 minutes to pick it up I found out no one had done anything with it because they didn't know about it. They then manually found the order from the app and told me it would be another 20 minutes until they could get the food ready. Terrible terrible terrible execution. no excuse when thousands of others do it right.

The closest location to me doesn't show up and this app is entirely worthless. I can't get reward points because it's like the location that I go to is nonexistent to this app. The map is not helpful because it's zoomed out so far that everything in California shows when you open the map. How about zooming in on the location first? This app is trash and the dev needs to consider a career in a field less demanding than software development. I'd give it negative stars if it was possible.

I would not give this app any stars but you can't comment without at least one. The app is half-baked and while they collect personal data (date of birth, mobile number and name) we're asked to keep the app on our phone and repeatedly search for our location once you get your POS system up to speed to accept app orders at all locations. Cart before the horse. Bad business model.
