I like the app overall, only things that would be great is if we can get a version that works on tablets, make the stops to where they're back in order, and lastly, have it to where when 2 people are running the app, all parties can refresh the app and get updates on what's delivered or not, that way everyone that needs to know can know. Also maybe get a feature to where the customer can look on the app and see exactly where we are, only, when we are in route to their home.

App is trash. I should be receiving a paycheck every week from the makers of this app because using it is a job all on its own. You go to snap a photo and it opens the map. Try to upload a photo and it won't. I close out stops it's not going through. It shows a red line with exclamation point in a red circle and it stays like that all day even though I have 5g and full service.

Awful, but forced by Lowes. Daily; must be reinstalled several times to open, requires different routing program, kicks users out mid-route, opens randomly over all other apps when closed (like on days off or after route is completed), drains battery quickly, forces users to close with inaccurate info (especially when network wont connect. Probably 2 or 3 times a week), no history data for dispatchers, stops cannot be reopened for corrections if closed incorrectly.
