Items listed are often not available or, like 10 tissue rolls, too large to be delivered (the app does not even warn or clarify about in advance). It just says "reduce the number of items" so you have to keep guessing what's wrong. There's a pop up message about points that repeats with just about every page click. Very annoying. The delivery said within 90 minutes but it took over 3 hours. Also, even after two days, the app does not show my order as completed or updated based on missing items.

I prefer older apps because they are more user friendly. Our old app as users used the app as a digital catalog. Buyers can enter a list of items in the basket. This makes it easier for buyers to make a budget and buyers do not waste time when in the store later. For the current app, the list of items cannot be included in the basket because it is not the delivery area coverage. Even though before this my area was the coverage of the delivery area. The App interface is also a bit complicated.

Recently, the app cannot start and unable to open the bar code to scan for points. If lucky, it opens but most of the time, it just hangs. This is really very frustrating. 29/6/22 Nothing done. Same issues. Waste of time. Even the staff at Lotuss experienced the same frustration. What's the use of the app if it does not even boot up?
