I haven't started the routine yet. I gave it a 4 because I am constantly getting notifications when I have them turned off. I do understand why this could be helpful. But I wish I could set it to remind me at the times I want!

Not many exercise sessions alot of ads for other stuff. Couldn't find the bed exercises in original ad, the reason I downloaded in the 1st place
