Terrible app. Never could scan QR code, continuously said no wifi connection, even though it is directly plugged into modem. The cameras are wireless and connect to the wireless receiver. Worked with this system for over 8 hours to no avail. The HDD console boots you off after 3 minutes and them you have to sign back in. I can see the cameras on a monitor, but not able to see on phone. Customer service was not helpful. Very frustrating. This system was a gift and unreturnable. Very disappointing

This app is straight garbage. Push notifications are way off if I even recieve them. Sometimes I go in and have like 10 events that I never was notified for or they all hit at one time. Even trying to adjust settings is a hassle just simplify the whole thing. The arlo app was 100x easier to use. And it's a shame because the camera quality is great but what good is that if I am not notified of an event.

Sent in a request for support through the app. The app no longer sends notifications for recordings. And there are not even any recordings listed in the app under notifications. Notifications are turned on, and app is set run unrestricted in the background as well. Please help, or update the app with a fix!
