The application step is unnecessary when buying partner's tickets. Should have just gone with web applications for distributing QR. The application experience is okay, but it's not practical, and needs a lot of login steps. And the application can log you out arbitrarily.

Had issue with not having access via home country play store ...within less than 13 hours the support advised that was addressed and I could proceed. Prompt and courteous service.
