The GoToAssist Screen Sharing add-on for LG devices allows you to share your mobile screen with a GoToAssist Remote Support technician.
This app is an ad-on to the GoToAssist (Customer) app and is downloaded automatically when you install GoToAssist (Customer) on your LG device. Please do not install this app separately.
Requirements
An active GoToAssist Remote Support account is required to provide support.
• Compatible LG devices running at least Android Version 4.2
• Internet connection
• GoToAssist Remote Support for Android app installed on compatible LG device

I needed to get a refund for something I never purchased they tapped into my phone controlled it and emptied out my accounts. Then they tried to order Amazon gift cards and charge it to me and send it to them .Amazon caught it and stopped it. This app is wrong. People scam for a living. I noticed the company who invented this only replies to reviews that don't scam people. DO NOT DOWNLOAD. I HAD TO CLOSE ALL MY ACCOUNTS AND GET NEW ONES AND CHANGE ALL MY PASSWORDS. Now I'm getting a new phone.

Hi Debra, Thanks for reaching out! The GoToAssist Customer app allows support agents to provide technical support with screen sharing and remote control.
