This app is great when it works. After a few days of using it, it allows me to turn the speaker on, but then says it can't connect. I have had to factory reset my speaker twice to get this app to work again. I'm not sure if this is just an android thing or if this happens on apple phones as well. Either way, this needs to get looked at by the developers and get patched. I'd like to use this app all the time, but I can't. I don't want to factory reset my speaker every week just to use the app.

This app needs work. I have used UE Wonderbooms for years and love them, the only downside it that you can only link 2 of them together but they have worked flawlessly for me. I bought a few BOOM 3 speakers thinking they would be a nice addition for my pool area but they only link together using the app and when using the app there is random static as well as volume fluctuations for no apparent reason. I'm very disappointed and rather than purchasing more speakers I'm considering returning them

Update: developer responded to my review within hours. Uninstall and reinstall solved the problem. Still a bit annoying as I have to pair all of my speakers again, but at least it's working again. This app worked 'ok' for a while. Slow and glitchy, but it worked. Now it just freezes the minute you select a speaker.

Hi Boris, let's do a factory reset. Uninstall the Boom App and and reinstall it. Once completed, reconnect your speaker and see if it is now showing up in the App. If issues continue , please reach out to Ultimate Ears support at: https://www.help.ultimateears.com/contact-ue-support
